Internal Partner Performance · quarterly comparison
Source: SD MySQL CommittedCoaches.Master_Summary, the same table and column definitions as the Internal Partner Performance Looker dashboard. Leads are qualified leads. ESR = appointments ÷ qualified leads. Coaching Closed = first coaching sales. Q.RPL = (total revenue − unqualified revenue) ÷ qualified leads. RPA = appointment revenue ÷ appointments. Refunds are dated by the refund date. Clean Plates is excluded, Olive is included, matching Looker. Appointment-only partners send booked calls, not leads, so their lead counts are shown as 0 and left out of every lead total, and ESR and Q.RPL do not apply to those rows: Golden Hippo (Gundry MD), Kilo Health (GLP-1 Booster / ColonBroom, SilveraHealth), Reverse Health and Go Health (MyDiabetes, MyBody Sugar, Cardi by MyBody, PCOS Balance).
Svelte's qualified-lead rate rose from about 51% to about 88% between Jul 22 and 28 after its forms began capturing more phone numbers, so Svelte's Q3 Q.RPL sits on a different lead basis than Q2. Leads whose referrer is the bare word "Svelte" are not counted in that brand row's leads while its appointments and revenue are, which is why that row shows a very high Q.RPL.
